The American Heart Association says its a great thing, but Heart disease is the number one disease in the country. Nobody studied Olive oil, yall just went with what everyone else was doing and ate it. Smh…
Studies show continually that olive oil is one of the best sources of the Omega oils that YOU NEED for a healthy nervous system and cardiovascular system…BUT what they often neglect to tell you is that those BENEFITS ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY DESTROYED once you heat the oil!
Why Is It Bad?
Olive oil causes oxidative damage linked to arthrities, HBP, Joint Problems, Kidney Damage, Cancer and other conditions.
Oxidative Damage is caused by oxygen atoms that have lost an electron. When they lose an electron they become very STICKY and they stick to what ever they can. When something becomes oxidized it becomes BROKEN and DESTROYED. Oxygen atoms stick to tissues in the body and when you consume fried foods and oil in a bottle, THEY BECOME THE GREATEST CONTRIBUTORS OF OXIDATIVE STRESS.
Oxidative damage is neutralized when you consume anti-oxidant foods. Anti -foods are Spinach, Prunes, Kale, Lemons, Blueberries, most of your fruits and vegetables.
In a bottle of Olive oil, the stuff at the top of the bottle, that clear liquid is air. What does air have in it? OXYGEN!! What does oxygen do? IT OXIDIZES THINGS! You have no idea how long this bottle has been sitting on the shelf…..How long it was in the truck?….. How long it’s been at the distribution center and before it got to the super market….NO YOU DON’T!
Take High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol for example. When you consume olive oil every tablespoon of contains 120 calories and every pound contains 4000 calories. Those who don’t know what fresh olive oil is compared to rancid olive oil, you may develop something called lipemia. Good indication of lipemia is HCL because the fat in the blood becomes contaminated. When you eat that gooey greasy pizza filled with fat and oil, your clear blood turns into a substance looks like milky oily fatty blood. If you pour olive oil on your salad your blood is fatty. This is not heart healthy.
Olive oil stiffens the walls of the arteries makes them less responsive to nitric oxide. Olive oil decreases blood flow to tissues after the blood pressure cuff inflated and released
Most people only use oils to stir fry, so what do you use instead of oil?
Stir fry your vegetables in season vegetable broth….WHen you use olive oil when frying it breaks down the skillet with PFAO if you have any non stick skillet. Use your own salad dressing blend avocado, apple cider vinegar chickpeas.
