LUNG HEALTH

by ShalomHealth / Sunday, 31 May 2015 / Published in Diet, Health

I have friends on Facebook who really take heed to the teachings of health and metaphysics. I happy to be student of the Most High and a teacher to the upbringing of conscious community. A friend ask me to explain Asthma as it relates to his uncle and that he has dealt with this dis -ease for decades, so I decided to write a post on LUNG HEALTH.

A person with Asthma has a muscle control problem. People usually at a normal heart rate takes in 16-17 breaths per minute (opening and closing the lungs). If you are correctly hydrated, you produce a lubricant called surfactant, which similar to WD-40 giving the the lung tissue thin lining of lubricant so you can breathe better. So if you DON’T have enough water your body will secrete mucus to protect the lungs and people with asthma have ten times the amount of mucus that a person without asthma. These are the people that need to drink half of their body weight in ounces per day. They also should avoid mucus forming foods such as dairy foods, gluten, processed foods with nitrates and painkillers like acetametaphin.

10422078_1008496189166955_4798620062991338350_nAsthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Emphysema are all dis eases that can be cured and treated. Not by prescriptions like nebulizers and asthma inhalers that contain steroids that dehydrates the lungs. These are prescription drugs that keep people depended and addicted to medicating themselves. I read in American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine that 4000 of 5000 asthmatic individuals die from the drugs they are on not the Asthma. Researchers also found that regular use of OTC drugs was linked to Asthma reducing lung function.

So now, there are certain supplements and regiments that help repair lung tissues. Breathing is an automatic detoxification system in itself. We breathe in 250 ml of Oxygen and release 200 ml of Carbon Dioxide meaning that the other 50 ml of Oxygen is retained for hydration. It turns into water. To rid of these dis-eases and to reduce risk factors you must eat anti-oxidant and soluble fiber foods like fruits and vegetables that has an orange or yellow color. Its loaded with beta carotene and it converts to Vitamin A, which is the #1 ingredient that the lung needs to detox. Also supplement with these fibers, herbs that I recommend that you should mix together are Thyme, Osha Root, Mullein Leaf and Primrose. These herbs are powerful in chest congestion, eliminating mucus, respiration support and lung circulation.

Your breathe is your spirit, it is what gives us life! The lung and heart connection is vital so protect your Spirit and Breathe abundantly!
