Mucoid Plaque in Colon

The grossest sight ever right! But many of you who do not cleanse your colon looks just like this! I have scotophobia so please don’t send me your photos when you detox. Lol

Just a bit of education here … The colon is about 5ft long and it can stretch up to 12 inches in diameter. All of this mucoid plaque causes diverticuli, polyps, irritable bowel syndrome, and colon cancer. This plaque sits on the walls of the colon growing bigger and bigger and people wonder why their belly is always oversized.

Your colon is not meant to store waste, its purpose is to eliminate waste but how when you keep putting foods in that does not push this plaque out. When you don’t consume foods with fiber your walls stop pushing. Its called peristaltic movement. This plaque also putrefies more everytime you consume animal products. This is why herbalist and naturopaths say death starts in the colon.
