My response to APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

by ShalomHealth / Sunday, 06 December 2015 / Published in Uncategorized
Everyone is using it, drinking it, putting it on there skin, washing their hair with it. Oohhh it’s so wonderful, it helps me digest my food because I you-asked-fruit-flieshave heartburn and clears up acne. All these wonderful benefits of the #1 Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar.
I’m not going to go over aaaallll of the benefits because you will find thousands of websites “google” on how beneficial it is. So without listening to all to benefits, I will disclose some overlooked and maybe UNKNOWN FACTS …..
First of all, I know there are a lot of supporters of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar and I’m not going to discredit the company. However, I would like you to do some homework on the Bragg’s Family history to see if you really should be supporting them.(Hint: 1912)
HOW IS THIS STUFF MADE?
We know it’s made from apples, old rotten apples that sit in containers fermenting into a hard cider. So what is fermentation? It is the chemical breakdown of sugars into acid and in this case of the apple is Acetic Acid. Now because the apple is fermented, it loses essential nutrients like vitamin C and vitamin A, but it keeps some of its minerals like potassium. This natural chemical process called fermentation allows the apple to create its own yeast (bacteria) to turn into hard cider after about 10 days from rottening.  Around the tenth day, you begin to see fruit flies. What!!
Where did the fruit flies come from? There are no insects around so where did they come from?
Yes! The fruit fly larvae and their proud parents live around the surface of your apples or other produce like bananas, tomatoes, they are waiting for the juices inside to start fermenting. When the eggs hatch, the babies tunnel into the apples and lap up the bacteria and yeast they need to grow big and to produce hundreds more like themselves. (Now you see why we need the SHS Parasite Cleanse…..pesticides can’t kill all microorganisms.) These tiny little flies land on the rotten apples laying eggs creating a vinegar yeast in the apple cider. All Vinegar is a bacteria/ yeast…… Cold weather prevents the hard cider from becoming vinegar because fruit flies do not like cold temperatures.
Your Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar says “With The Mother”….What does that mean? From my perspective,  the mother does not exist without the adult fruit fly (mother) laying her larvae to ferment the apple cider. She creates the living yeast. The living yeast is what makes you digest  your food easier, makes your acne, skin rashes disappear, some people use it for detox helping your digestive tract move a little faster.People use for hemorroids, lowers high blood pressure etc……. The dead yeast goes to the bottom of the bottle
Little tip:  next time you buy Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar:
Make it yourself! Save yourself money by buying one bottle of ACV with the mother, then fermenting your own apples. After it turns to hard cider then poor in two tablespoons of ACV with mother. Wait a few hours for fermentation and now you have your own Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.
My Opinion:
Now some health advocates highly recommend ACV, me on the other hand, I just think its a great cleaning agent . It cleans my locks. Lol… Some people use it daily, but I’m not a fan of everyday fungus. Just something to think about.

I have been telling stop using ACV…thanks for confirming I was right. I will start spraying my loc’s with it before shampooing. And will continue to clean with it.
