Right?Stress comes in so many ways1. (This use to be me) Excessive thinker- I just want to save the world, I over think of solving problems 24/ 7 and always looking for the solution. Sometimes it gets out of control that thoughts come randomly and I can’t turn them off. So this eventually affected my focus and memory. I see people leave walmart and forget where there car is. This is Adrenal Stress when you have brainfog, or it’s hard to complete projects because too much is on your mind.2. You know that personality type that can’t tolerate incompetent (stupid) people. They will snap if one more dumb thing come out their mouth. “Just get on my nerves”This is another form of ADRENAL STRESS. A No TOLERANCE for ignorance or chaos. This person has a quick temper, and will get angry at the smallest things like slow drivers, lazy workers, or people who make mistakes.3. People who can’t SLEEP. The body has a rhythm for sleep cycles called the circadian rhythm and when a person can’t seem to wine down, their heart rate never calms. This causes Adrenal Stress. You are up at 3 o’ clock and you are not tired, your body is filled with STRESS.Now I name only a few signs but there are many more. Anyone that has an ENDOCRINE CONDITION needs to support the kidneys(Ovaries, Testes, Adrenals, Thyroid, Pituitary)Stress is accumulativeMental psychological stress may cause an elevation in blood pressure, a lack of mental focus, and the sensation of fatigue or lethargy. Those of you who say “Yea I have a headache or I don’t feel like doing jack “. Time to know this hormone that controls your stress adaptability is called ” CORTISOL”.Cortisol is released from the Adrenals into the bloodstream and regulated by the hypothalamus. This stress is then transferred to the system which can and may have a long term trauma based stress that alters your physiology.Stress can cause anxiety. Mental adaptions that the heart was not prepared for may lead to asthma attacks, anxiety attack or even heart attacks. Stress plays a major role in all cardiovascular and cognitive functions.When there’s high levels of cortisol usually the person is overweight because they tend to over eat from stressful activities. This is the reason for the stubborn belly fat, it not just fat but its potential energy stored that needs to burn off.
