I want you to look at the lymphatic system and picture an apartment community. In this community, each unit has bathrooms with toilets in them. The toilet represents a lymph node and when something needs to be flushed from the body, the toilet empties it into pipes. These pipes represent your lymphatics vessels. Now in these pipes, all the waste from your body is moving slowly through lymphatic fluid trying to clean up the waste, bacteria,or infections that form from cell waste(your waste). These pipes only get a push or create movement when you empty your cells( flush the toilet) and sometimes these lymph nodes get swollen because bacteria or a foreign pathogen invades your system. (Toilet gets clogged) Inside the lymphatic fluid are your protector cells or waste security guards making sure invaders don’t get too comfortable, these are called your b-cells and t-cells.
This fluid is all over your body, its under your skin, in your mouth, your brain, and all of your organs is covered with INTERSTITIAL fluid. Also you should keep in mind that every living cells that regenerates has to degenerate and that becomes waste. We have over a billion cells in our body, therefore they will have waste. How do you get rid of the waste? Well, you have 4 channels of elimination, which is your kidneys, colon and skin.
Before I get to deep, your BODY is the apartment community, and there are 700 toilets(lymph nodes) that have to get rid of waste. There should be a lot of flushing right? Yes but the lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart to move the blood. It moves when you flush the toilet, meaning you have to make it move. #Exercise! Constriction and Relaxation!
So when you see #skin eruptions, or feel swollen lymph nodes( i.e tonsils and appendix are lymph nodes) then you know the your security guards are fighting a bacteria or infection. But Ras, that’s only moving the fluid, don’t you think we need to clean it? Yes Raw foods and Herbs. It is very important we clean each and every system so I created a NEW formula called the lymphatic cleanse….
Cleavers Root (chief herb) removes and drains the lymphatics, and releases trapped bacteria
Poke Root (chief herb) strengthens t-cells and b-cells to fight for the immune system
Thanks for learning…
