Most of us have no clue what this is! FYI “ase” is always a suffix for an enzyme. But this Meat Glue is made of enzymes extracted from pig or beef blood natural blood product that is used as a processing aid in restaurants for meat. Just as the labeling of GMO foods is not required, food manufacturers are not obligated to let consumers know which products contain toxic meat glue. Expensive steaks at many markets may actually be smaller pieces of meat held together by meat glue, making them worth a fraction of the cost and dangerous to consume. The FDA and FSIS says it is safe to bond pieces of protein or irregularly shaped meat so it can be cut and cooked evenly by the food-service industry.
I know this sounds gross……..Although the(FDA) Fraud Deception Association says it’s safe, shouldn’t the Meat Eater really think “When they cut a cow, how do they glue my meat together?” Lol….No Blood Extract for the Vegan!
